It is imperative that we have everyone situated in the right role that aligns to their strengths, and just as importantly doesn’t hinder our progress by having people tasked with operations that can be better optimized in someone else's hands. 

We find ourselves at a crucial juncture as we embark on a pivotal phase of expansion. Recognizing the significance of this upcoming milestone, we are delighted to announce a series of enhancements to our corporate structure. These strategic improvements will empower us to leverage emerging opportunities, fortify our industry position, and propel us towards continued success.

Chairman: Leo Dacuycuy

Since our inception, our founder, Leo has served as the Chief Executive Officer and has been instrumental in driving our growth and innovation. However, as we continue to expand, we recognize the need to align our leadership roles to ensure sustained progress.
Leo's visionary capabilities and expertise in developing new concepts have flourished over the past 18 months. However, we acknowledge that the day-to-day responsibilities of a Chief Executive Officer have limited his ability to fully devote himself to these areas.

Effective immediately, Leo will transition into the role of Chairman. This new position will provide Leo the freedom to focus on what he does best—developing our Web3 and enterprise solutions. By relieving him of the daily operational duties, we aim to unlock Leo's full potential and drive even greater advancements in our company.

Chief Executive Officer: Rory Fearn

Since the inception of our company, Rory has played a pivotal role in driving our growth and shaping our long-term vision.

Rory's remarkable ability to maintain objectivity in a wide range of scenarios, coupled with his decision-making based on practicality rather than emotion, truly sets him apart. His comprehensive involvement in every aspect of our organization has been evident as he consistently sat alongside Leo in crucial meetings.

With Rory's appointment as Chief Executive Officer, we have unwavering confidence in his ability to lead our company into an exciting new era. His deep understanding of our values, goals, and operations make him the ideal candidate for this position. We are confident that under Rory's guidance, we will continue to flourish and achieve new heights of success.

Chief of Staff: Kyle Brincat

As we experienced significant growth, Kyle's professional journey has thrived alongside us. Starting off as a community member that helped us in the background to eventually becoming a Community Manager, Head of Business Development and VP of Communications, Kyle has demonstrated an exceptional aptitude for proactive over reactive decision-making and effective communication. Kyle has consistently gone above and beyond to disseminate information to our community, partners, and the core team in an effort to find the perfect middle ground. 

Kyle's unwavering commitment and invaluable contributions have made him an integral part in our growth. His tenacity and drive will not only support our Chief Executive Officer, Rory, but also inspire the entire team to reach new heights.

We have unwavering confidence in Kyle's ability to strengthen the inner workings of our company by addressing gaps in crucial departments, particularly Marketing. Through strategic collaborations with PR firms, he will empower us to broaden our reach and amplify our exposure. Moreover, Kyle's expertise in fostering robust relationships with both public and private entities will safeguard the integrity of our brand's reputation. Head of Business Operations: Introducing JohannFoos

Head of Technology: DadGoesCrypto

DadGoesCrypto (DGC) has helped to significantly improve our internal development processes since becoming our Technical Operations Manager in April. He continues to go above and beyond to ensure that our development teams processes are being optimized, and that the community is informed of any and all progression. The decision to have DadGoesCrypto become our Head of Technology will allow him to further enhance our processes, and make the onboarding process of adopters more efficient as well as help with the overall quality of every product developed by Redlight. 

DadGoesCrypto has been an invaluable asset in spearheading development of core products, his attention to detail and management abilities are second to none and we could not be happier with his performance. 

DGC’s responsibilities will include:

Head of Communications: GenGen

We are exceedingly delighted with GenGen’s exceptional performance. What truly stands out is her profound reverence for effective communication and unwavering passion for imparting knowledge. 

GenGen has been critical in her approach to make herself a very needed bridge between community and core team, presenting issues and potential solutions as they arise. She has always been vital for the inner workings of validation as Head of Validation, a position which will be left vacant momentarily until the new Head of Validation is announced within the coming days. 

With great enthusiasm, we have appointed her as our Head of Communications, where she will operate in seamless synergy with the Chief of Staff, Kyle. Together, they will spearhead all aspects of our organizational discourse, and will invigorate our social media presence, further fortifying our marketing endeavors.

GG’s responsibilities will include:

No Longer With Redlight: Gosu & Bailey

Gosu was brought onboard as a technical advisor to assist us with the rebate process. Now that the figures have been gathered, Gosu is no longer advising Redlight.

It is with mixed emotions that I share the news of Bailey's departure from our company. After careful consideration and collective deliberation, we have made the decision to terminate Bailey's employment.

While this decision was not taken lightly, it is important for us to ensure that our company's goals and objectives are aligned with the skills and expertise required for each role. As we strive to continuously improve, it sometimes becomes necessary to make difficult choices that will ultimately benefit the long-term growth and success of the organization.

We wish the best to both Gosu and Bailey as they embark on their future endeavors.

Way Forward with Marketing

We acknowledge the fact that the department that requires immediate attention and improvement is marketing. It is evident that our current marketing efforts, or lack thereof,  have fallen short, and we are committed to rectifying this situation. 

We firmly believe that marketing encompasses far more than just a few social media posts each day. It is an integral part of everything we do as a company. We recognize the power of word-of-mouth marketing, which holds immense potential for driving our success.

As such, we are taking steps to enhance our communication strategies. To this end, Kyle will be working closely with GenGen to refine her communication skills, ensure effective messaging, create engaging blog posts, and delve into social media platforms. 

While internal efforts will undoubtedly strengthen our marketing endeavors, it is important to acknowledge that we have also been exploring external partnerships on this level as well. We have engaged in discussions with two prominent PR firms and they will play a significant role in shaping our PR and marketing initiatives moving forward. 

In today's ever-evolving landscape, relying on a single individual for marketing no longer makes practical sense when we can leverage the expertise and cost-efficiency of specialized firms that offer comprehensive services. By combining our in-house communication efforts and collaborating with external experts, we aim to breathe new life into our marketing strategy. 

Key Partnerships for Growth & Venture Capital Funding

We are consistently expanding our partnership portfolio, which is showing continuous promising growth. We have successfully established partnerships with notable companies similar in stature to Alibaba, and we cannot wait to share this information with all of you.
While we cannot disclose the specific names of these partnerships in this particular blog post, we are actively working towards providing comprehensive insights into our plans and collaborations with each partner we have secured. 

This is where our roadmap becomes significant. We intend to unveil our roadmap immediately after securing the initial Series A venture capital funding. 

Our progress in securing VC funding has been going well, serving as a constant source of motivation and resilience for all of us. We acknowledge that the current circumstances may appear unfavorable; however, we firmly believe that there is always light at the end of the tunnel. 

With our steadfast determination, further reinforced by recent structural changes, we are confident that we will achieve our goals. 

We kindly request your patience and assure you that your patience will be duly rewarded. Believe us when we say that we share your excitement to finalize these VC deals, enabling us to continue developing innovative solutions that revolutionize not only the Web3 space but the entire world.

To provide you with an overview of our ongoing initiatives: 

  1. We are currently building a Cloud Services Sales Company (More details below). 
  2. We have architectured a blockchain solution for medical data, which our partner—a company valued at well over $1 billion, is currently looking for pilot testers (clinics) for and being pitched entirely by them, with great successes. 
  3. We are in the process of developing a decentralized storage solution with unique features, which has garnered widespread interest from all our partners. 
  4. We are also working on an ERP solution that will not only serve a key partner but also be available for sale to other customers. 
  5. We are at the architectural stage of creating an enterprise-level solution for car manufacturers, collaborating closely with a leading partner in the technology industry to enhance efficiency within this sector. 
  6. We are revitalizing and relaunching Stardust. We are working with three prominent names in the field, and this venture is expected to provide a stable and substantial revenue stream while we continue our work on the aforementioned initiatives. 

Naturally, the list provided above does not detail everything as there are several other projects in progress. However, we can loosely discuss these initiatives without disclosing specific details or partner information at this time. 

Our plan is to engage in conversations with all parties involved and gain approval to release information on a step-by-step basis, allowing us to provide regular updates on our progress.

Thanks to our strategic partnerships within the Cloud Industry, we are happy to announce that we are currently in the process of building a company called Epitome Cloud where we will be offering cloud service solutions targeting all form of enterprises. 

We have actually been provided with the opportunity to not only sell cloud services but to also offer incredible discounts on the following products:

  • Huawei Cloud 
  • Tencent Cloud 
  • AWS 
  • Google Cloud Platform 
  • Microsoft Azure 

Should you be interested in working in tandem with us on this venture, reach out to Kyle where he will guide you through the necessary steps. It is important to note however that while all contractual agreements have been finalized and the company has been registered, the company is still not effective yet as we are hashing out the last details before we kick it into gear. This will serve as another stable revenue stream for the company and the beauty of it is that it is not dependent on Web3 at all.

Conclusion

We must emphasize the significance of acknowledging and addressing our internal shortcomings through the implementation of a meticulously tested and proven structural change. This change has demonstrated remarkable efficacy and efficiency, underscoring its success.

Looking ahead, we anticipate forthcoming adjustments within our community, whereby deserving individuals will be appointed to well-deserved positions. However, due to insufficient activity among other reasons, some individuals may experience the loss of their current roles as we need to be better positioned for our growth. Kyle will assume the responsibility of executing and communicating these necessary changes accordingly. 

We are confident that these developments mark the conclusion of our current phase, forging a path towards a more optimized and dynamic future. Reflecting upon the challenges we have faced, we recognize the invaluable lessons learned from our experiences. 

As pioneers in the gasless blockchain space, we have navigated uncharted territories and have grown stronger through adversity, gaining firsthand knowledge of what works and what doesn't. 

Our commitment to achieving our goals remains unwavering, and each passing day brings us closer to their realization. 

Finally and very importantly, we would like to express our deep appreciation and extend a special shoutout to DeFi Wizard from Music Gods as well as Bevan and the entirety of the DeHedge Fund team. Their invaluable support, further supported by high-level NDAs, exemplifies their dedication. 

We are immensely grateful to share our progression updates with them, and their unwavering loyalty during challenging times deserves our utmost gratitude.
